Derby City Litho utilizes a seamless Prinergy system with direct-to-plate technology. With the speed and reliability of our digital PDF workflow, you will save time and money. You can upload large print files using DCL WebCourier, our easy file transfer application, also making for a more efficient way to do business. We are able to work in virtually any PC or MAC application and can aide you in producing press ready files. Derby City offers a variety of proofing methods - from electronic PDFs to high-resolution HP proofs.

We have state of the art Heidelberg equipment throughout our plant. Our valued relationship with Heidelberg USA has made it possible to blend amazing modern technology with old world craftsmanship. Our press operators are true artisans that take great pride in their work. Derby City Litho offers an incredibly diverse array of printing options to get the job done right:

• Our 6 color Heidelberg Speedmaster has an in-line aqueous coater and delivers brilliant color and amazing detail with every impression
• Our 2 color Heidelberg MOZP is a perfecting press that can print two colors on one side or one color on both sides of the sheet in one pass
• Our 2 color Heidelberg Printmaster makes it possible to produce quality low run one and two color projects that are cost effective
  

Bindery and Shipping

Derby City Litho believes in finishing strong. Our top notch bindery and shipping professionals are focused on every last detail of your job. The department is well equipped with cutters, drills, binders and stitchers.

Our 26 x 40 Stahl folder allows for 16 page signature folding and in-line perforating and scoring. Our Heidelberg binders, a Polar cutter, multi-spindle drill, and a variety of other bindery equipment help put the finishing touches on each project.
